Shipping & Processing Time
- Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 5–7 business days from the date the order is placed. Business days are Monday–Friday and do not include weekends or U.S. public holidays.
- Processing time is separate from transit time (time in carrier transit after the order has shipped).
Shipping Carriers & Options
- We ship via USPS and UPS. Available services (selected at checkout) may include USPS First-Class, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Mail Express, UPS Ground, and UPS expedited services.
- Transit times (carrier estimates):
- USPS First-Class: 2–5 business days (domestic, small packages)
- USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
- USPS Priority Mail Express: 1–2 business days
- UPS Ground: 1–5 business days (depending on distance)
- UPS Expedited: 1–2 business days
- These transit times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
Free Shipping
- Free standard shipping for orders of $135.00 or more (subtotal before tax and after discounts) to addresses within the contiguous United States.
- Free shipping will automatically apply at checkout for qualifying orders. Free shipping typically uses USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground unless another carrier is required.
- Orders below $135 will be charged standard shipping rates at checkout.
- Free shipping does not apply to expedited services, international orders, or special oversized items (if applicable
